对科技型小微企业发展的思考

A Study of the Development of High-tech Small and Micro-enterprises

科技型小微企业是推动我国经济发展必不可少的创新主体,但是65%的企业却难以撑过五年。本文通过对我国科技型小微企业现状的分析,探究此类企业发展处于困境的原因,并从优化企业管理、改善融资手段、加大政府支持力度三个方面提出对策建议。

High-tech small and micro-enterprises are vital innovation subjects to improve economy. But 65% of these enterprises may suffer failure within 5 years. This paper aims to find the reasons why most high-tech small and micro-enterprises may bankrupt through analyzing their current situations,then give suggestions from three aspects,including enterprise management,financial environment and policy and law environment.
