摘要
本文通过问卷调查、面谈等方法,对理工高校文科青年教师教学能力存在的问题进行了分析,找出了问题背后的深层次原因;就如何提高文科青年教师教学能力,从高校、社会、文科青年教师三个维度进行了探讨,提出了相应的对策和建议。
In this paper,through the methods of questionnaire investigation,interview,the problems existing in the liberal arts of young teachers teaching ability of university of science and technology are analyzed,it finds out the profound reasons behind the problem,discusses how to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in liberal arts from three dimensions of universities,society and young teachers,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
