我国矿山企业应急救援能力评估及发展对策

Evaluation and Development Countermeasures of Emergency Rescue Capability of China's Mining Enterprises

为提高我国矿山企业应急救援能力、切实减小矿山事故危害,通过问卷调查、实地走访、现场咨询等方法对我国目前矿山企业应急救援能力进行了评估,在前人的基础上对矿山安全应急救援能力评估体系进行了指标完善和模型优化,为以后矿山应急救援能力评估方面研究提供参考依据;运用模糊数学基本理论对问卷数据进行分析,查找我国矿山企业应急救援工作中存在的弱项和普遍问题,为完善矿山企业应急救援能力建设提出改善对策。

b In order to improve the emergency rescue ability of China’s mine enterprises and reduce the harmof mine accidents,the emergency rescue capability of mine enterprises in China is evaluated through question,naires,field visits,on-site consultation and other methods,On the basis of the predecessors,the evaluation sys.tem of mine safety emergency rescue capability is perfected and the model is optimized,which provides refer-ence for the future research of mine emergency rescue capability evaluation, The basic theory of fuzzy mathe,matics is used to analyze the data of the questionnaire,which can find out the weakness and common problemsin the emergency rescue work of the mining enterprises in China and improve the countermeasures for impro-ving the construction of the emergency rescue capability of the mining enterprises.
