摘要 按照电磁学基本理论对电磁阻尼力的基本特性进行了分析,提出了一种新型电磁制退机的结构方案,通过建立等效磁路模型得到了电磁制退机制退阻力的特性方程,根据电磁制退阻力特性,提出了一种通过对负载阻值进行控制,进而调控制退阻力大小以获得拟定的后坐运动特性的控制方法。以某型火炮为研究对象,根据火炮理想后坐运动规律拟定了该型火炮理想制退阻力和理想后坐速度变化规律,进而分析了负载阻值随后坐行程的变化规律,利用Simulink搭建了电磁制退机运动计算的动力学模型并进行分析。结果表明,通过控制负载阻值的变化,可以获得较为理想的电磁制退机制退阻尼力。 The basic characteristics of the electromagnetic damping force were analyzed according to the basic theory of electromagnetism on with the structure scheme of a new type of electromagnetic system machine back put forward. First of all,backing down resistance characteristic equation of electrical magnetic system was acquired through the establishment of the equivalent model of the electromagnetic system. Then,according to the characteristics of the resistance of electromagnetic system,a control method was proposed to control the load resistance through controlling the load resistance. Again,with a certain type of cannon as object of study,the ideal type of artillery system resistance and the ideal back recoil velocity change rule were drawn up according to the artillery recoil motion. Then an analysis was conducted of the load resistance then-sit-stroke-control law. At last,the Simulink model of the electromagnetic system were established and analyzed. The results show that an ideal damping force can be obtained through controlling the change of load resistance.
