摘要
印度种姓制度对印度社会的影响深入骨髓,而种姓制度下产生了一个庞大的表列种姓和表列部落群体。印度国家针对表列群体受教育权遭到长期剥夺的情况,制定了一系列的基础教育政策,同时,种姓制度以它独特的方式影响着这些基础教育政策的实施和效用。
In India, the influence of the caste system on society is great, and the caste system has produced a large tabular caste and scheduled tribal group. In view of the situation that the right of the education of listed groups has been deprived for a long time, India has formulated a series of basic educational policies. At the same time, the caste system affects the implementation and effectiveness of these basic educational policies in its unique way.
