摘要
针对高级外包人才稀缺问题和中国产学研合作教育模式的现状,从拔尖创新人才、学术性人才和应用型技术人才培养的视角分析了中国高校教育现有人才培养模式存在的问题,深化教育领域综合改革,健全就业创业体制机制,再议跨界融合、创业就业和人文知识培养三轮联动,搭桥、跨学科教育等人才培养对策提出的动因。
The thesis analyses the existing problems of CEEUSRO training mode and the senior outsourcing talent scarcity in local universities and colleges from the perspective of practical,skilled type and top-notch innovative compound talent cultivation and puts forward some countermeasures. Focusing on the new arguments of the 3 rd Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of CCP,with a view to ＂ deepen the comprehensive reform in the field of education,and improve the mechanism for promoting employment and entrepreneurship system＂,the author gives it a second reflection and discussion on the motivation of coming up with the proposal of cross-border discipline integration,cross-bridging and interdisciplinary education of talent training,and constructing a triple-wheel geared play on talent cultivating system of the technological innovation and entrepreneurship,and humanism knowledge cultivation as well.
