高职院校社会工作专业顶岗实习指导:问题与对策

Study on Problems of and Countermeasures to Teacher's Guidance to Social Work Major Students attending Field Work Internship from Higher Vocational Colleges

文章指出广州高职院校社会工作专业呈现顶岗实习地域分散、校内教师指导为主、机构支持力度不一、学生管理难度大的现状,并提出组建校企合作指导委员会;搭建校企合作实习机构联盟;建设实习督导队伍;探索实习管理新模式。

The thesis analyzes the current situation of social work major students in Guangzhou＇s higher vocational colleges.Major problems include： Companies for students ＇internship scatter; Students may only get guidance from teachers inside the college; Supports from companies or institutions vary; and difficulties in managing students＇internship. To tackle the problems,the author puts forward that it is necessary to construct a university-enterprise cooperation committee,a university-enterprise cooperation agency alliance,build a supervision team and explore new internship management models.
