北京市郊区重点小城镇可持续发展评价

Evaluation of sustainable development of key small towns in suburbs of Beijing

小城镇是连接城市和乡村的关键节点,对城镇化发展起到积极的促进作用。【目的】以北京市郊区重点小城镇为对象,从经济、资源、社会、生态等方面建立指标体系,研究北京市42个重点小城镇可持续发展状况。【方法】利用主成分分析法,对各项大类指标人口可持续、经济可持续、社会可持续、环境可持续进行分项分析。【结果】通过分析得出影响小城镇可持续发展主要因素为人口、经济、社会服务、生态环境四个方面。对42个重点小城镇进行可持续发展综合指数排名。【结论】山区小城镇,域内人口可持续和经济可持续发展较低,综合比较靠后。平原小城镇各项基础设施建设比较完善,资源累加效果高,综合发展情况比较靠前。根据北京市不同区域小城镇发展特点提出针对性建议,为未来北京市小城镇可持续发展提供可能的切入视角。

Small towns are key nodes connecting cities and countrysides,and play apositive role in promoting the development of urbanization.【Objective】Taking the key small towns in the suburbs of Beijing as the object,this paper establishes the index system from the aspects of economy,resources,society and ecology,and studies the sustainable development of 42 key small towns in Beijing.【Method】The principal component analysis was used to analyze the sustainability of population,economy,society and environment.【Results】Research shows that the main factors affecting the sustainable development of small towns are population,economy,social services and ecological environment.The comprehensive index of sustainable development of the42 key small towns is ranked.【Conclusion】The data analysis indicates that the sustainable development of population and economy of the small towns in mountainous areas is at a low level.Owing to excellent infrastructure,perfect industrial development and good effect of resource accumulation,the comprehensive development is better.According to the characteristics of the development of small towns in different regions in Beijing,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the sustainable development of small towns in Beijing in the future.
