摘要
基本共射极放大电路存在缺陷,静态工作点不稳定,很容易受温度的影响,采用基极分压式偏置电路可以克服此缺陷。本文从理论分析和软件仿真两方面研究PNP和NPN管放大电路输出波形,分析其发生饱和失真和截止失真的条件,比较其输出波形的特征。
Due to the defect of basic common emitter amplifier circuit,quiescent point is not stable,easily influenced by temperature,pressure type using the base points bias circuit can overcome the defect. From two aspects of theory analysis and software simulation to study the PNP and NPN transistors amplifying circuit output waveform,analyze its saturation distortion and the distortion condition,compare the characteristic of the output waveform.
