徐深气田提高空气钻井综合效率技术措施研究

摘要 针对徐深气田空气钻井现场施工过程中暴露出地层出水、卡钻、划眼、钻具失效、井斜、井径扩大等问题,分析了影响空气钻井效率的因素,认为地层出水、井壁稳定、钻具失效等是影响空气钻井效率的主要因素,通过优选空气钻井井段、完善配套工艺及设备、强化复杂事故预防手段,降低了事故发生几率,减少了无效等停时间,使生产时间率提高了25.09%。给出的提高空气钻井效率的技术措施具有较高的可行性,并在现场应用6口井,机械钻速提高15.13%,,缩短钻井周期9.56d;无复杂事故发生,平均单井复杂事故处理时间降低147.17h,有效地提高了空气钻井综合效率,取得较好的应用效果。 In view of the formation water, drilling, reaming, drilling tool failure, borehole diameter deviation,hole enlargement which arose in Xushen Gasfield air drilling site, the influencing factors of air drilling efficiencywas analyzed. It was thought that formation water, wellbore stability, drilling tool failure were the main factors af-fecting the air drilling efficiency. Through the optimization of air drilling, the supporting technology and equip-ment in the field of 6 wells were improved; the speed of mechanical drilling was increased by 15.13%, and thedrilling cycle was shortened by 9.56 d. No complex accident occurred, and the average time of the complex acci-dent treatment was reduced by 147.17 h, which effectively improved the comprehensive efficiency of air drillingand achieved good application results at the same time.
