新型HAES-1泡沫循环利用室内研究

摘要 针对目前泡沫钻井过程中存在的泡沫一次性使用量大,钻井成本高和环境污染严重等难题,研制了一种对酸碱敏感的新型发泡剂HAES-1,并在室内利用Waring-Blender搅拌法研究了不稳定泡沫,稳定泡沫和硬胶泡沫的循环特点。结果表明:在碱性条件下,不稳定泡沫随着循环次数的增加,泡沫体积在720m L上下波动,半衰期则由4.48min降为3.60min,稳定泡沫随着循环次数的增加,泡沫体积在560m L上下波动,半衰期则由25.73min降为19.70min,硬胶泡沫在碱性条件下随着循环次数的增加,泡沫体积530m L降低到410m L,半衰期由114.2min逐渐降为98.6min;在酸性条件下,这三种泡沫都几乎不发泡;循环15次后泡沫体积和半衰期虽略有变化,但仍能满足泡沫钻井现场施工的要求。 In order to solve the following problems in foam drilling such as one-time use of foam fluid, high drill-ing cost and serious environment pollution, a new kind of sour and alkali sensitive vesicant HAES-1 was devel-oped indoor. Furthermore the circulation catachrestic of unstable foam, stable foam and stiff foam was studied byWaring-Blender method. The results show that all of the three foam fluids can be circulated more than 15 times.In the alkaline condition, after circulating 15 times, the instability foam volume fluctuates in 720 m L and thefoam half-life reduced from 4.48 min to 3.60 min; The stability foam volume is about 560 m L and the foam half-life declines from 25.73 min to 19.70 min; The stiff foam volume decreases from 530 m L to 410 m L and the foamhalf-life drop from 114.2 min to 98.6 min. Meanwhile, the three kinds of foam cannot barbotage in the acid watersolution. After circulating 15 times the foam character still also can fill the actual requirements of on-site drilling.
