摘要
针对电泵尾管装置应用期间出现小扁电缆穿越处故障问题,开展室内试验分析,发现主要原因与尾管装置密封结构、小扁电缆铅护套材质及压紧力有关,并进行优化改进技术5项,提高装置稳定性,同时研制出51/2″电泵尾管装置,拓宽应用范围。现场应用84口井,掺稀混配点平均加深1 217m,提高稀稠油混配效果,实现超稠油区产油22.2×10~4t,节约稀油62×10~4t,同时有效改善运行工况,确保电泵运行平稳,避免检泵130井次,投入产出比为1:161.6,经济效益显著。
The indoor test analysis is carried out, because small flat cable is out of work through the tail pipe de-vice, which found that the main reason is lead sealing structure, small flat cable sheath material and clampingforce. Five items of the technology are improved to increase equipment stability, and the tail pipe device of 51/2″casing is developed to broaden the range of application. The tail pipe device is used in 84 Wells to produce222000 tons of oil, save the thin oil 620000 tons, which doped rare mixed point is deepened with an average of1217 m to enhance dilute heavy oil mixing effects, effectively improve the operating conditions at the same timeto avoid the pump inspection 130 well times. The economic benefit is remarkable that ratio of input-output is 1:161.6.
