蒸汽驱转火驱采油井口装置的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 目前,新疆油田稠油开采主要采取向地层注热蒸汽驱动采油的方式为主,但随着开发年限的增加,部分稠油开采区块油藏压力水平逐年降低,持续注入蒸汽也不能有效提高油井的产能,进入了低产低效阶段。迫切需要转变开发方式来提高油藏的采收率。而火烧油层(火驱)的开采方式目前已经在新疆油田在经过了多年的试验和完善,已经得到了规模的推广和应用。是一种理想的替代开采工艺。但原井的采油井口装置无论从悬挂方式、密封结构、密封性能等方面均不能满足新工艺的要求,为此提出了蒸汽驱转火驱采油井口装置研制项目,以满足变更开采工艺的地面井控装置的需求。 At present, the main method of heavy oil recovery in Xinjiang oilfield is injecting hot steam into thestratum. But with the number of years of development increases, the level of reservoir pressure in some heavy oilrecovery blocks is decreasing year by year, continuous steam injection cannot effectively improve the productivi-ty, thus it's going into low production and inefficient stage. So, it is urgent to change the development mode to im-prove the recovery of reservoir. Combustion of oil in-situ(fire flood) has been tested and improved in Xinjiang oil-field for many years, and has been promoted and applied on a scale, which is an ideal alternative mining technolo-gy. But the suspension mode, sealing structure and sealing performance of the original wellhead cannot meet therequirement of new technology, this paper put forward steam flood transform into fire flood wellhead developmentproject, in order to meet the change of mining technology of ground well control equipment demand.
