战备应急通信基础设施建设是促进边境地区全面发展的重要基础。本文结合军地调整改革实际,围绕强边固防要求,探讨从统、合、训等方面来科学、高效、统筹推进南部边境地区战备应急通信基础设施建设问题。

The construction of combat readiness and emergency communication infrastructure has been regarded as an important part in promoting the development of frontier areas. Combining the reality of forces and government adjustment reform, this paper focuses on demanding of how to strengthen edge fxing, discusses on how to scientifically, efficiently and properly promote the construction of combat readiness and emergency communication infrastructure in southern frontier areas via co-ordination, conjunction and training.
