摘要
本文对2017年国外无线电频谱资源管理热点进行盘点,包括国家频谱战略规划、5G频率规划、频谱拍卖、频率回收等方面,最后根据我国实际,聚焦频谱资源市场化配置提出一些建议和意见。
The foreign spectrum resource management hotspots in 2017 are reviewed in this paper, including national spectrum strategic planning, 5G frequency planning, spectrum auction, frequency recovery and so on. Finally, some suggestions are put forward focusing on the market allocation of spectrum resource according to our country＇s reality.
