摘要
基于淮海经济区2015年样本数据,从生态环境、基础设施、经济发展和居民身心健康四个方面构建城市宜居性评价指标体系。运用主成分分析法、模糊综合评价法对淮海经济区内八座城市的宜居程度进行了评价,利用弹性分析探讨其影响因素,给出淮海经济区建设发展的政策建议。
Based on 2015 data in Huaihai economic zone,an urban livability evaluation system is established considering the factors such as ecological environment,infrastructure construction,economic development and physical and mental health.With principal component analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,we give comprehensive assessment for eight cities in Huaihai economic zone.Elastic analysis is used to study reasons and some suggestions are given.
