摘要 终身学习是当前社会对人才提出的更高要求,只有具备较强的自主学习能力,主动获取新知识,才能适应竞争激烈的社会环境。而调研却发现当前大学生在学习过程中缺乏足够的主动性和积极性,这与学习者本身和教学模式都存在一定的关系。文章以物业管理课程为例,在分析物业管理课程特点和教学现状的基础上,探讨了大学课堂教学可以采用的教学方法,并进行了例证分析,以提高学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的自主学习能力和良好学习习惯。 Life-long learning is the most strict requirement for talents at present, and these talents can adapt to the competitive world only if they are active to acquire knowledge. An investigation shows that undergraduates are not initiative or enthusiastic in learning, which has something to do with learners per se and teaching model. Taking the course of logistics management as an example, the author of this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the features of logistics management and the teaching situation, explores the teaching method adopted possibly and illustrated it, hoping to improve students' interest in learning and to train students' learning ability and habit.
