摘要
以沈阳市某水厂水处理工艺单元特征污染物阿特拉津为研究对象,建立了固相萃取-超高液相色谱-串联质谱法(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)测定水中阿特拉津的分析方法,水样经全自动固相萃取仪富集后,用超高液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱检测仪进行分析检测。阿特拉津标准线性良好,线性范围在0.0 178~1.78μg/L,相关系数为0.998 7,加标回收率大于70%,相对标准偏差小于5%(n=6),方法测定下限为0.017μg/L。利用该方法对水厂原水及处理工艺流程中各工艺段水进行检测,阿特拉津虽不同程度被检出,但其浓度远低于《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)和《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)限值。
A method for determination of atrazine is established,using solid phase extraction and ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry( SPE-UPLC-MS/MS). Water samples are concentrated with automatic solid-phase extraction apparatus,and analyzed with ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry detector. The linearity of the standard curve is good in range of 0. 0 178 ~ 1. 78 μg/L,the correlation coefficient is 0. 9987,and the recoveries of standard addition are more than 70%,the relative standard deviations are less than 5%( n = 6) and the detection limit is 0. 017 μg/L.Atrazine is detected in processed water samples. Nevertheless,the atrzine concentrations in all samples are below the threshold numbers of Eviromental Quality Standard for Surface Water( GB 3838—2002) and Standards for Drinking Water Quality( GB 5749—2006).
