摘要
纺织行业使用离子交换树脂对硬水进行软化,会周期性地产生硬度很高的外排废液。针对废液不能直接排放的问题,试验通过投加氢氧化钠和碳酸钠药剂,外排废液硬度的去除率可达到94%;同时,上清液转化为较为纯净的食盐溶液,作为离子交换树脂的再生液进行循环使用,可节省软化水的制水成本。
The ion exchange resin is applied in hard water softening in textile industry,producing high hardness wastewater periodically. Aiming at the problem that the effluent of softening water can not be discharged directly,the experiment uses the method of dosing NaOH and Na2 CO3 to remove hardness,the removal rate can reach 94%. Meanwhile,the supernatant of effluent of softened water is converted into pure salt solution,the solution can reuse as regenerated waste water of ion exchange resin,which can save the cost of softening water.
