摘要
镇江市餐厨垃圾及城市污水厂污泥协同处理项目采用的核心工艺是"污泥高温热水解+高含固率厌氧消化",建设规模为餐厨垃圾140 t/d(含废弃油脂20 t/d),城市污水厂污泥120 t/d,主要包括1套污泥高温热水解系统,4个有效容积为2 700 m^3的厌氧罐。该项目是国内首个采用城市污水厂污泥和餐厨协同处理并已成功运行的项目,目前已正常稳定运行一年多。主要介绍该项目厌氧消化系统4个厌氧罐启动调试过程中的加温、接种、进料、分析测试、沼气置换和安全措施等,供相关工程设计和调试人员参考。
Zhenjiang co-digestion project of kitchen waste and sewage sludge disposal,using thermal hydrolysis process( THP) and high solids anaerobic digestion as the core technology,has a construction scale of 140 t/d kitchen waste,including waste grease of20 t/d,and sewage sludge of 120 t/d. This project mainly includes a set of THP system and four anaerobic digesters with effective volume of 2 700 m^3. This project is the first application of co-digestion process to treat kitchen waste and sewage sludge,and has been successfully operated in China. It has been normal and stable operation for more than one year so far. This paper mainly introduces the heating,inoculation,feeding,analysis and testing,biogas replacement and safety measures in the process of start-up and commissioning test of anaerobic digestion system for the project,which can be the reference for engineering design and commissioning personnel.
