通沟污泥处理工艺改进设计

Improved Design of Treatment Process for Sewer Sludge

简要介绍通沟污泥处理工艺的现状及存在问题,分析了原因并提出相应的改进措施。以上海某通沟污泥处理工程为例,对0.2 mm以下细砂颗粒处理、冲洗水回用处理、除臭工艺等进行改进设计,改善了细砂分离效率低导致的下游厂站和管网泥沙沉积板结的问题。

Current status and existing problems on sewer sludge treatment process are introduced in brief. The cause is investigated and the improvement measures are proposed. Taking a sewage sludge treatment project in Shanghai as an example,an improved design for fine sand treatment below 0. 2 mm,reuse treatment of flushing water and deodorization process has been adopted. It is to improve the effect of particle separation efficiency,which causes the sediment deposition of downstream plant and pipe network.
