摘要
王艳君教授用针灸治疗顽固性面瘫临证取穴善取大椎调整督脉,倡用中脘和胃治本;善用巨刺缪刺,经络并调,补虚泻实;重视针刺顺序,调顺气机,治疗中察舌辨证,巧用灸罐,从而提高临床疗效,有其独特的治疗特色。
While treating stubborn facial paralysis with acupuncture and moxibustion,Professor Wang Yan-jun prefers Dazhui（DU 14） for adjusting DU meridian,and advocates Zhongwan（RN 12） for harmonizing the stomach and treating the root; prefers opposing needling and contralateral needling for regulating meridians and collaterals,reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess; attaches importance to the order of needling for regulating qi movement; differentiates syndromes by tongue inspection,and uses moxibustion and cupping so as to improve the clinical curative effect and has the unique treatment features.
