采用营养分析仪对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行营养干预的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨营养分析仪对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行营养干预对血糖水平及妊娠结局影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2016年6月医院诊治妊娠期糖尿病患者62例随机分为干预组(营养分析仪进行营养干预,31例)和对照组(常规健康指导,31例),对两组患者随访到分娩,比较两组患者干预前、干预后1月的空腹血糖(FGB)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果:干预前,两组患者FGB、2 h PG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1月后,干预组患者FGB、2 h PG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者妊高症、剖宫产、产后出血发生率低于对照组(3.23%vs.22.58%、41.94%vs.80.65%、3.23%vs.19.35%,均P<0.05);干预组患儿巨大儿、低体重儿、新生儿低血糖发生率均低于对照组(9.68%vs.35.48%、6.45%vs.25.81%、3.23%vs.19.35%,均P<0.05)。结论:营养分析仪在妊娠期糖尿病患者中干预,可提高对血糖控制效果,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。 Objective: To explore the effect of nutritional intervention with nutrition analyzer on blood sugar level and pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: 62 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus from January 2016 to June 2016 were randomly divided into intervention group(nutrition analyzer for nutrition intervention,31 cases) and routine group(routine health guidance,31 cases). The two groups were followed up till delivery. The fasting blood glucose(FGB),postprandial 2 H blood glucose(2 h PG) level and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared before intervention and 1 month after intervention between the two groups. Results: Before intervention,there was no significant difference in FGB and 2 h PG levels between the two groups(P〈0.05). After 1 month intervention,FGB and 2 h PG levels in the intervention group were lower than those in the routine group(P〉0.05). The incidences of PIH,cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the routine group [3.23 % vs. 22.58 %,41.94 % vs. 80.65 %,3.23 %vs. 19.35 %,P〈0.05]. The incidences of fetal macrosomia,low birth weight,neonatal hypoglycemia in the intervention group were lower than those in the routine group(9.68 % vs. 35.48 %,6.45 % vs. 25.81 %,3.23 % vs. 19.35 %,P〈0.05). Conclusion: Intervention of gestational diabetes mellitus with nutrition analyzer can improve the effect of blood glucose control and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
