顺铂、氟尿嘧啶介入治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤肝转移的临床效果及安全性分析

Analysis of clinical effect and safety of tumor interventional therapy with cisplatin and fluorouracil in the treatment of gastrointestinal malignant tumors with liver metastasis

目的:探讨顺铂、氟尿嘧啶介入治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤肝转移的临床效果和安全性。方法:109例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者分为观察组56例,对照组53例,对照组患者给予顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶常规化疗,观察组行顺铂、氟尿嘧啶介入治疗,观察两组患者的临床效果,并分析安全性。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率为46.43%,对照组为30.19%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者神经毒性反应、白细胞减少症、血小板减少症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),消化道反应、肝肾功能损伤率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:顺铂、氟尿嘧啶介入治疗胃肠道恶性肿瘤效果优于常规化疗,不良反应发生率低,临床效果显著。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of tumor interventional therapy with cisplatin and fluorouracil in the treatment of gastrointestinal malignant tumors with liver metastasis. Methods： 109 cases of patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors were divided into study group（56 cases） and control group（53 cases）. The patients in the control group were treated with cisplatin and fluorouracil. The study group performed tumor interventional therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and the safety was analyzed. Results： The total clinical effective rate was 46. 43 % in the study group and 30. 19 % in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of neurotoxicity,leukopenia and thrombocytopenia in the study group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the rate of digestive tract reaction and liver and kidney function injury（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of tumor interventional therapy with cisplatin and fluorouracil in the treatment of gastrointestinal malignant tumor is better than that of conventional chemotherapy,and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients was lower than that of the control group. It has a remarkable effect.
