摘要
目的:探讨脑电双频指数在脊柱手术中应用价值。方法:收集160例脊柱手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,两组患者均给予相同的麻醉,对照组根据HR和MAP监测变化控制麻醉药物的输注量或输注速度,观察组在脑电双频指数(Bispectral index,BIS)的指导下给予麻醉药物量,观察两组麻醉用药及不同时刻MAP、HR、BIS的变化。结果:观察组使用丙泊酚、瑞芬太尼、罗库溴铵麻醉药物的量均少于对照组(P<0.05),在T0、T1、T3时MAP、HR组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组在T2时的HR低于观察组(P<0.05)、在T4时的MAP低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:BIS变化可以有效降低麻醉用药,促进患者术后恢复。
Objective: To explore the value of bispectral index(BIS) in spinal surgery. Methods: 160 patients with spinal surgery were collected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group. The two groups were given the same way of anaesthesia. The control group received the amount of anesthetic drugs or infusion rate based on the monitoring changes of HR and MAP. The observation group was given the amount of anesthetic drugs under the guidance of BIS. The anesthetic drugs and changes of MAP,HR and BIS at different times were observed in the two groups. Results: The amount of propofol,remifentanil and rocuronium bromide in the observation group was less than the corresponding level of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference of MAP and HR at T0,T1 and T3 in the two groups(P〉0.05). The HR at T2 in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,and the MAP at T4 in the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: BIS changes can effectively reduce the amount of anesthetic drugs and promote postoperative recovery.
