阿立哌唑联合舍曲林对精神分裂症合并抑郁患者的疗效及社会功能影响

Efficacy and social function of aripiprazole combined with sertraline in the treatment of schizophrenia complicated with depression

目的:探讨阿立哌唑联合舍曲林对精神分裂症合并抑郁患者的疗效及社会功能影响。方法:以108例精神分裂症合并抑郁患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各54例,对照组患者采用阿立哌唑治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合舍曲林治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后疗效评分、精神症状及抑郁症状评分、社会功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者临床疗效总评量表-疗效总评(CGI-GI)、临床疗效总评量表-病情严重程度(CGI-SI)、阳性与阴性总评量表(PANSS)及汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑与舍曲林联合应用可有效改善患者的精神病性症状及抑郁症状,提高患者的社会功能,在精神分裂症合并抑郁的治疗中具有重要应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and social function of aripiprazole combined with sertraline in the treatment of schizophrenia complicated with depression. Methods： 108 cases of schizophrenia patients complicated with depression were randomly divided into control group and study group,54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the study group was treated with sertraline on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate,curative effect score,degree of mental injury and depression score and social function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment,the scores of CGI-GI,CGI-SI,PANSS and HAMD in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the PSP score was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Aripiprazole combined with sertraline can effectively improve the patient＇s psychotic and depression symptoms,and improve the social function,which has an important application value in the treatment of schizophrenia complicated with depression.
