优质护理在耳内窥镜下鼓膜置管患者中的应用效果

Application of high quality nursing in patients with tympanic membrane catheterization under ear endoscopy

目的:探讨优质护理在耳内窥镜下鼓膜置管患者中的应用效果。方法:收集200例接受鼓膜置管的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组采用优质护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组治疗有效率、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组总有效率(99.0%)高于对照组(92.0%)(P<0.05),并发症发生率(3.0%)低于对照组(12.0%)(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理辅助治疗可以提高耳内窥镜下鼓膜置管患者的治疗效果,降低不良反应,安全性高,值得临床推荐。

Objective： To explore the application of high quality nursing in patients with tympanic membrane catheterization under ear endoscopy. Methods： 200 cases with tympanic membrane catheterization were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the high quality nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing care. The treatment efficiency,nursing satisfaction and complications incidence were compared in the two groups. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group（99.0 %） was significantly higher than that in the control group（92.0 %）（P〈0.05）,and the complications incidence（3.0 %） was lower than that in the control group（12.0 %）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The high quality nursing care can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce adverse reactions of patients with tympanic membrane catheterization under ear endoscope,which is safe and worthy of clinical recommendation.
