摘要
本文针对内科学风湿免疫专业学位硕士研究生,提出基于真实案例的PBL和seminar相结合的教学模式,希望能够在专业学位型硕士研究生培养中提供新途径,使研究生在掌握临床专业知识的基础上,培养临床思维及医学科研的意识、提高团队合作等综合能力。通过探索,不仅上述教学改革的目标得到实现,使专业学位硕士研究生快速适应临床诊疗工作,指导教师在师生互动中也很好地提高了教学水平,真正实现了教学相长。
This paper proposes a combination of PBL based on real-life case and seminar teaching models for postgraduates with professional master degree in rheumatology and immunization of internal medicine. It could provide a new approach in the cultivation of postgraduate students with professional master degree,so that graduate students can develop comprehensive abilities such as the awareness of clinical thinking and medical scientific research,and improvement in team cooperation after mastering the clinical expertise. Through exploration,the objectives of teaching reform have been achieved,while graduate students of professional degrees have quickly adapted to clinical diagnosis and treatment,and instructors have also greatly improved the teaching level in the teacher-student interaction,with both teaching and learning substantially promoted.
