摘要
目的:分析医院员工离职现况,为医院管理者留住人力资源提供依据和建议。方法:通过调取离职资料、访谈离职人员,运用统计分析的方法进行比对。结果:平均离职率为4.2%,离职人员性别、学历差异无统计学意义;年龄、工作年限、职称、岗位差异具备统计学意义。结论:医院员工职业初期离职较严重,医院管理者应加大对基层人员的人文关怀和职业规划引导,优化青年人才晋升渠道。
Objective:To analyze the present situation of hospital staff and provide basis and suggestions for hospital managers to retain human resources. Methods:Through the transfer of separation information and interviews,the method of statistical analysis was used to compare. Results:The average turnover rate was 4.2 percent,and there was no significant difference in gender and education. Age,years of work,title and position have statistical significance. Conclusion:The early career speration of hospital employees is more serious ,Hospital managers should step up their humanistic care and career planning guidance to optimize the promotion channels for young talents.
