奖学金对大学生学业表现影响的性别差异研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用首都大学生成长追踪调查数据,采用倾向分数配对法,实证检验奖学金对大学生学业表现的影响及其性别差异,结果显示:女性的教育优势在学业表现、获奖人数上都有显著体现;大学生获得奖学金能够激励他们取得更好的学业表现,相比于女生,奖学金的激励作用对于男生更强。分析其原因,主要是女大学生本身成绩排名更为靠前,导致其提升空间更小。 Using the data of Capital College Students' Growth Tracking Survey,this paper empirically examines the impact of scholarships on students' academic performance and their gender differences by using the tendency fraction matching method. The empirical results show that women's educational advantages are significantly reflected in academic performance and awards. Scholarships can motivate students to achieve better academic performance.Compared with women, the incentive of scholarships is stronger for men. In view of this finding, the article concludes that the main reason is that the marks ranking of girls has been higher already and the space for promotion is smaller.
