基于TRIZ理论的TFT-LCD基板玻璃研磨系统优化设计

摘要 针对现有TFT-LCD基板玻璃研磨系统中存在效率和品质的瓶颈问题,应用TRIZ理论对问题进行了分析求解,设计了一种应用于TFT-LCD基板玻璃加工过程的研磨系统,并对该系统原理进行了详细的介绍。 Aiming at the bottleneck problem of the efficiency and quality of the existing TFT-LCD glass substrate grinding system, the TRIZ theory is used to analyze and solve the problem, the grinding system is designed for a TFT-LCD glass substrate manufacturing process, and the system principle are introduced in detail.
