摘要
研究了氮化促进剂加入量、煅烧温度、煅烧推速和氮气流量等对钒氮合金中氮含量的影响。研究结果表明:当使用氮化促进剂NH_4HCO_3的用量为7%~8%,煅烧温度为1 520~1 550℃,煅烧推速为18 min/板,氮气流量为350 m^3/h时,所得产物钒含量为77.0%~81.0%,氮含量为15.0%~18%,密度为3.4 g/cm^3,制备的钒氮合金的氮含量最高、密度最大。
The effects of nitride promoter addition,calcination temperature,calcination advance speed,and nitrogen flow on the nitrogen content of vanadium-nitrogen alloy were studied in this paper. The results showed that the vanadium content was 77.0% -81.0% of vanadium-nitrogen alloy,the nitrogen content and density of the alloy reached its maximum at 15.0% -18% and 3.4 g/cm^3 when NH4HCO3 was nitride promoter with its amount of 7% -8%,temperature was 1 520-1 550 ℃,calcined advance speed was 18 min/plate,nitrogen flow rate was 350 m^3/h.
