摘要 为保证变速器拨叉具有足够的强度,以确保换挡平顺、档位清晰以及行车安全,利用CATIA对某微型车的变速器三四档拨叉建立了三维模型,然后利用ANSYS对该模型进行了静强度分析,得到了应力与变形的分布云图。从分析结果来看,拨叉最薄弱的地方为固定拨叉轴的圆柱部件与拨叉两爪相交的部位。根据分析结果提出了优化方案,将拨叉两爪较薄的部位加宽。重新建模并分析验证,其应力大小由原来的46.159MPa变成40.667MPa,相比优化前的应力明显减少,强度得到了提高。 Aiming at making the transmission fork have enough strength to ensure the smooth shift,clarity of gear and safety of car. CATIA was used to establish a model for the three or four shift fork of a mini car's transmission. Then static strength of shifting fork was analyzed by ANSYS,and distribution diagram of stress and deformation was obtained. From analysis results,weakest part of fork was intersection part of cylindrical part fixed fork shaft and two claws. According to the analysis results,optimization scheme was put forward,after analyzing and demonstrating several times,thinner part of two claws was widened. After remodeling and analysis,stress from original 46. 159 MPa decreased to 40. 667 MPa,it reduced obviously compared with optimization before,and strength has been significantly improved.
