汽车变速箱测控系统设计及ARM7实现

摘要 针对目前汽车变速箱试验台控制效率低、能量损耗大的缺点,采用交流发电、直流能量回馈的方式设计变速箱测控系统,选用JZ型磁电式、相位差型转矩转速传感器,利用双桥并联的变流器电路设计能量回馈单元,以ARM7为核心,利用Visual C++编制用户界面,实验结果表明,该系统能够自动检测转速转矩并根据给定控制、实时显示,试验台运行平稳可靠,达到设计要求。 According to low control efficiency and large energy of the motorcar-gearbox test bed,the gearbox measurement and control system is designed by AC power generation and DC energy feedback. JZ magnetoelectricity and phase difference type torque and speed sensor are selected to design energy feedback unit by using converter circuit in parallel bridge. ARM7 is the core,user interface are designed by Visual C + +. The experimental results show that the system can automatically detect speed and torque according to a given control to real-time display,test bed runs reliably,reaching design requirements.
