摘要
管制员工作负荷决定着飞行安全和效率,当管制员的工作负荷饱和或者超饱和时,就容易出现人为差错,造成不安全事故发生。为了保证空中交通安全有效运行,急需对管制员工作进行量化和分析,评估管制员工作负荷,对管制员工作进行监控和预警。文章首先论述了管制负荷评估的背景,详细介绍了端点检测方法对管制员语音通话数据获取,对某塔台管制员工作语音进行分析,判断管制语音数据与管制员工作负荷的相关性,为管制员工作负荷的评估提供参考。
Controller workload determines flight safety and efficiency. When the workload of controller is saturated or oversaturated, it is easy to cause human error and lead to unsafe accidents. In order to ensure the effective operation of air traffic safety, there is an urgent need to quantify and analyze the work of the controller, assess the workload of the controller, and monitor and early warning the work of the controller. This paper first discusses the background of load control assessment, introduces in detail the method of endpoint detection to acquire voice call data of controller, and analyzes the voice of a tower controller. To judge the correlation between voice control data and controller workload, and to provide a reference for the assessment of controller workload.
