摘要
通过城市交通与土地规划之间的微观机理作用,分析交通量与容积率之间的关系,在以站点为中心的半径400-800m的区域内,找出交通量与容积率的"互补"与"共生"的平衡状态,进行土地规划,形成TOD模式,力求解决一定程度的交通拥堵,建造更加舒适、可持续、高效益的城区。以南通地铁一号线南通大学站为研究目标,分析其规划现状并提出政策建议。
Based on the micro mechanism between urban traffic and land planning, this paper analyzes the relationship between traffic volume and volume fraction, and finds out the "complementary" and "symbiotic" equilibrium state of traffic volume and volume fraction in a region with a radius of 400-800 m centered on the station. Land planning is conducted, and TOD model is formed, so as to solve a certain degree of traffic congestion, build a more comfortable, sustainable, high-benefit urban area. Taking Nantong University Station of Nantong Metro Line 1 as the research object, this paper analyzes the present planning situation of Nantong Metro Line 1 and puts forward some suggestions.
