摘要
以某五跨预应力混凝土连续梁桥为工程背景,针对施工中出现的纵向裂缝问题,利用ANSYS软件分析了此裂缝的形成机理。分析结果表明,集中于腹板的预应力筋布置形式对箱梁第一节段端部顶板、底板产生了较大的横向拉应力,最终导致纵向裂缝的形成,同时预应力锚固局部效应容易产生局部纵向裂缝。结合分析结果,给出了防止此类纵向受力裂缝产生的控制措施和建议。
Taking a five -span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge as the engineering context, the forming mechanism of the crack is analyzed by using ANSYS software in view of the longitudinal crack in construction. The results show that the layout of prestressing tendons concentrated on the webs produces large transverse tensile stresses on the top and bottom of the first section of the box girder, and finally leads to the formation of longitudinal cracks. At the same time, the local effect of prestressed Anchorage is easy to produce local longitudinal cracks. Based on the results of the analysis, the control measures and suggestions are given to prevent this kind of longitudinal force crack.
