三维规划审批建模技术的研究与应用

依据上海实施建设工程项目三维规划审批的要求,结合项目实践,介绍了三维规划审批建模的技术方法和作业流程,阐述了轮廓线提取、制作框架模型、纹理编辑、纹理贴图、渲染烘焙等关键技术,并运用到虹桥路街道古北5-2商办楼项目中。总结了三维规划审批建模与传统基础建模的区别,并对实行三维规划审批的必要性提出了自己的看法。

According to the requirement of 3D planning examination and approval of construction project in Shanghai, combined with project practice, this paper introduces the technical method and operation flow of 3D planning approval modeling. The key tech-nologies such as contour extraction, frame model making, texture editing, texture mapping, rendering and baking are described and applied to the Gubei 5-2 commercial building project of Hongqiao Road. This paper summarizes the difference between 3D planning approval modeling and traditional basic modeling, and puts forward its own views on the necessity of implementing 3D planning ap-proval.
