煤矿机电设备安装要点及安装质量控制探析 被引量:9

摘要 近几年,伴随着煤矿产业的进步和发展,行业运行进程不断推进,社会各级对于安装要点的关注逐渐增多。机电设备已经被广泛应用在煤矿生产项目中,不仅仅有效减少煤矿工作过程的难度,也一定程度上提高了工作体系的运行效率和根本质量。为了维护煤矿产业的发展水平,要积极落实更加系统化的安装机制,建构质量管理水平,运行更加系统化的监督机制。在煤矿机电设备安装工作运行过程中,要想从根本上完善安装质量,就要从安装细节出发,践行精细化运维工作,整合管理流程和管控机制,切实优化安装管理体系的基本质量。文章从煤矿环境、学科联合、技术以及安装等方面对影响煤矿机电设备安装质量的因素进行了简要分析,并集中阐释了煤矿机电设备安装的要点和质量控制的路径,旨在为机电设备安装管理人员提供有价值的建议,以供参考。 In recent years, with the progress and development of the coal industry, the operation process of the industry con tin - ues to advance, and the attention of all levels of society to the key points of installation is increasing. Electromechanical equipment has been widely used in coal mine production projects, not only to effectively reduce the difficulty of the coal mine work process, but also to improve the operational efficiency and fundamental quality of the work system. In order to maintain the level of develop-ment of the coal industry, we should actively implement a more systematic installation mechanism, build quality management level, and run a more systematic supervision mechanism. In order to improve the installation quality of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine, it is necessary to carry out the detailed operation and maintenance work, integrate the management process and control mechanism from the installation details, and effectively optimize the basic quality of the installation management system. This paper briefly analyzes the factors affecting the installation quality of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine from the aspects of coal mine environment, subject combination, technology and installation, and explains emphatically the main points of installation and the path of quality control of coal mine electromechanical equipment. The purpose is to provide valuable advice for the installation and management of mechanical and electrical equipment.
