摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,项目管理得到了更加广泛的应用,但是在我国的科研院所当中的应用还不是很广泛。文章主要就目前科研院所科研项目管理当中所存在的主要问题进行探讨分析,并且针对这些问题提出一些可行的解决方案,以便于科研院所更好的进行科研项目的管理。
With the rapid development of social economy, project management has been more widely used, but it is not widely used in scientific research institutes in our country. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the main problems existing in the sci-entific research project management of scientific research institutes at present, and puts forward some feasible solutions to these prob-lems in order to facilitate the better management of scientific research projects in scientific research institutes.
