Process Mineralogy Study on Donggou Molybdenum Ore in Henan Province

摘要 对河南东沟钼矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究,采用原子吸收光谱法、化学物相分析法、显微镜观察法、扫描电镜和电子探针等手段,研究了东沟钼矿的化学组成、矿物组成、矿石结构、重要金属的嵌布特征、粒度分布及解离特性等,对影响选矿指标的工艺矿物学因素进行了分析。结果表明:矿石中主要的有价元素为钼和铁,品位分别为0.128%和4.73%;辉钼矿、磁铁矿嵌布特征复杂,且粒度分布不均。根据矿石工艺特性,提出了适合该矿石的选矿工艺原则流程。 A research on the process mineralogy of Donggou molybdenum ore in Henan province is carried out in detailed. The atomic absorption spectrometry,chemical phase analysis,microscope observation,scanning electron microscope( SEM) and electron probe were adopted in researching on the ore chemical composition,mineral composition,ore structure,characteristics,grain size and liberation degree of useful minerals. Finally the factors which influence the flotation of molybdenum and iron was proposed. The results show that the main valuable element of the ore contains molybdenum 0. 128%,iron 4. 73%; useful minerals were disseminated complicated and distribution of particle size was uneven. According to the technical characteristics of the ore,possible mineral processes were proposed.
