Application of on Automation Stripping Zinc Unit in Zinc Electrowining

锌电积是湿法炼锌不可缺少的重要工艺过程,在锌电积生产工艺中,从阴极板上把产生的锌片剥离下来的剥锌工作是一件繁重的劳动,一直以来都是人工完成。现介绍一种应用于锌冶炼电解生产工艺中的自动剥锌机组,可实现锌冶炼厂电解车间自动化提升。

Zinc electrowining is an indispensable process for zinc hydrometallurgy. During the process,it＇s pretty laborious to strip zinc plate from the zinc cathode which has always been done manually. This paper introduces an automatic stripping zinc unit used in electrolysis production process of zinc smelting,which can enhance the automation of electrolysis workshop in zinc smelting plant.
