摘要
本文将传统机械设计方法和有限元设计方法结合起来,利用两者各自的优势,对推力型电动执行机构推力输出部件外壳进行设计和强度分析。依托有限元平台,对壳体强度进行有限元模拟分析,得到直观的可视化受力云图。制作砂芯模浇铸样品进行抗拉实验,两者结果进行比对,分析得出壳体薄弱部分的位置高度一致。根据分析和试验结果改进结构,确保壳体具有合理的安全系数,提升了整个推力输出部件的可靠性。
Combine traditional mechanical design method and finite element method, use advantage of both to design and analyze mechanical strength of the shell of electric actuator thrust output component. Based on the finite element platform to make finite element analysis of shell, then obtain direct and visual stress cloud chart of shell. Make sand mould and cast sample to test tensile strength, Then make a comparison between the two results. The weak point maintains a high degree of consistency. According to the analysis and test results, optimizing the structure to ensure the reasonable safety factor of the shell to promote the reliability of the whole thrust output component.
