外接电源供电的紧急补水系统设计研究

摘要 循环流化床锅炉内部存有大量的高温床料,具有一定的蓄热量,当发生全厂失电的极端工况时,要尽快排出这些蓄热量并且不对锅炉的受热面造成任何损伤,这就需要设置紧急补水系统及时给锅炉补水。本文中的工程具有特殊性,事故时能够从外部备用线路提供电源,结合某工程的特点来探讨一种外接电源供电的紧急补水系统的设计研究。 Circulating fluidized bed boiler has huge thermal energy storage. In case of the whole plant sudden power failure, the emergent water replenishing system is necessary in order to discharge the heat as soon as possible and cause no damage to the boiler's heating surface. The project in this paper has certain particularity, which the plant can get power through the external reserve line in case of accidents. Based on the properties above, an emergent water replenishing system drived by external power is designed.
