我国水工金属结构管理现状与检测技术进展 被引量:15

摘要 水工金属结构是水利水电工程的重要组成部分,其设备的可靠性、安全性是工程安全运行的决定性因素。重点介绍了近年来与水工金属结构产品相关的工业产品生产许可证管理制度、水利工程启闭机使用许可证管理制度、起重机械特种设备制造安装维修许可管理制度的变化情况,以及水工金属结构技术标准的制定修订进展情况;并结合经济社会的发展和科学技术的进步,对水工金属结构的检测分类和材料检测、几何尺寸与形位公差检测、无损检测、应力检测、振动检测技术以及实时在线监测保障手段进行了阐述。 Hydraulic metal structure is an important part of water conservancy and hydropower engineering. The reliability and safety of the relevant equipment are the decisive factors to secure the safe project operation. This paper mainly introduces the recent developing progress of the production license management system of the industrial products with hydraulic metal structure,the license management system of the hoist for water projects,and the license management system for the manufacture,installation and maintenance of the special lifting machinery equipment,as well as the progress of setting and modifying the technical standard for the hydraulic metal structure. Combined with the economic and social development and the scientific and technical progress,the paper also explains the detection and classification methods,material detection,geometric dimension and shape tolerance detection,nondestructive testing,stress testing,vibration testing,and real-time online monitoring measures of the hydraulic metal structure.
