抗生素药效学研究抗生素杀菌效果与临床疗效的关系,有关研究方法较多,涉及体外实验、动物实验与临床研究,所用指标有MIC、MBC、ED50、ED90、PAE、杀菌曲线等。特别是有关药代动力学/药效学（PK/PD）相关研究,对阐明抗生素杀菌类别、制定合理给药方案、提高临床疗效有重要作用。

The antibiotic pharmacodynamics study the relation between antimicrobial activity and clinical efficacy with in vitro methods, animal experiments and clinical trials. The parameters include MIC, MBC, ED50, ED90, PAE and bactericidal curve. The researches on pharmarcokinetics/pharmacodynamics play a significant role in elucidating the pharmacodynamic type of antibiotic, making reasonable regime and rising clinical efficacy.
