摘要
对铸造涂料的生产与应用的关键技术,如铸造涂料的分类及组成、检测内容及方法、影响铸造涂料工艺性能的因素、铸造涂料新理论、铸造涂料关键技术性能指标对铸件质量的影响、铸造涂料采购时应注意的事项以及铸造涂料使用工艺、发展趋势等,进行了简要的综述。
This paper made an overall view of key technologies as the foundry coatings are produced and applied,such as the classification and composition, testing content and method, the influential factors of manufacturing and operating, the new theory of coating design, the effect of key technical？parameters on the casting quality, purchasing guide, application and future trends of foundry coatings.
