摘要
近年来,青少年校园暴力事件频发,给教学秩序以及教学环境造成了恶劣的影响。对青少年校园暴力的预防,除了要提升道德教育的整体水平之外,还应重新审视未成年人犯罪从宽处罚政策的利弊得失,强化司法方面的惩治力度,对实施暴力犯罪的未成年人予以较为合理的从宽处罚。准确把握从轻处罚与减轻处罚之间的界限,继而对实际执法力度进行更为合理地把握。
In recent years, jfrequent incidents of campus violence by adolescents have had a bad effect on teaching order and teaching environment. In addition to improving the overall level of moral education, to prevent juvenile violence on campus, we should re-examine the advantages and disadvantages of the lenient punishment policy for juvenile delinquency, strengthen judicial punishment on the minors who commit violent crimes and give them reasonable lenient punishment. The boundary between lighter punishment and mitigated punishment should be defined clearly and correctly so as to ensure a more proper sentence in the actual law enforcement.
