论微信推广营销纠纷的法律风险防范

On the Legal Risks Prevention of Disputes Arising from Wechat Sales Promotion

摘要 微信推广营销存在虚假宣传不断,假冒伪劣产品较多,买方怠于维权等诸多问题。究其原因,有微信平台缺乏监管,微信推广营销自身的局限性,微信推广营销立法的空白等。因此,应制定关于微信推广营销的专门法,完善现有相关法律法规,严格规范准入制度,建立健全产品来源审查机制等。 In Wechat sales promotion there exit many problems such as constantly-appearing false advertising, fake and poor quality products, buyers9 lack of willingness to safeguard their own legal rights, and so on. The causes for these problems lie in the lack of supervision on Wechat platform, the limitation of Wechat sales promotion, legislation gap concerning Wechat sales promotion, etc. The author thinks that the government should enact a special law for Wechat sales promotion, optimize the current law and regulation, standardize the accession system, establish as well as perfect the inspection mechanism on the product source, etc.
