摘要
从国内外女职工职业生涯发展的研究成果出发,对国内高校女职工职业生涯发展的研究进行了归纳和综述,旨在探索新时代高校女性职业生涯发展的路径,为高校女职工职业生涯发展实践提供理论保障,并推动女职工职业生涯发展方面的研究,为建设和谐的中国特色社会主义社会做出理论贡献。
With reference to the study results of female staffs career development home and abroad, this paper summarizes and expounds the study on college female staffs career development in our country, aiming at exploring the path for college female stafTs career development in the new era, providing theoretical guarantee for the career development practice and promoting the relevant study so as to contribute to the construction of a harmonious socialistic society with Chinese characteristics theoretically.
